Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel is in a prime location on Michigan Ave, making it super convenient for exploring all the Chicago attractions on foot. The rooms lack soundproofing, which can be disturbing at night, and there are additional costs for parking on top of the room rate.
The hotel rooms are nice enough but rather compact. They are very clean and big with a pleasant atmosphere and helpful staff. However, they face the afternoon sun, making it unbearably hot without closing the blinds. The location is top-notch, offering a nice view, comfort, and quietness, perfect for shopping and entertainment.
The hotel offers good quality rooms that were very clean and up to a high standard, but not quite as depicted on the website. The service was incredibly pleasant and helpful, with attentive staff. The location, although central to Chicago attractions, had some issues with maintenance. The dining experience, while overpriced, was worth it for the regional dishes. The hotel facilities were well-equipped but lacked a bit in maintenance.
